Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions define the conditions applicable to the sale of products and services offered by ITEC SERVICES, in stores and via the website.
ITEC Services offers computer equipment, office equipment, networks, telephony, as well as maintenance, installation, repair, and consulting services.
Prices are quoted in euros, including tax. ITEC SERVICES reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable prices are those in effect on the date of the order.
Any confirmed order implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ITEC Services reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute or non-payment.
Payment shall be made in cash, by credit card, bank transfer, check, or cash, according to the agreed terms.
Delivery and installation times are provided for informational purposes only. Delays shall not give rise to order cancellation or compensation, unless agreed in writing in advance.
The products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and, where applicable, the manufacturer's warranty. Maintenance work is guaranteed for 30 days.
ITEC Services shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or software incompatibilities, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
Private customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract, in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
The following are excluded: services already performed, unsealed software, customized products.
Customer data is used solely for order management purposes and is not disclosed to third parties without consent.
In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the Commercial Court of Basse-Terre.
